Fishingnet grey

Riviera Fabricfishing/fa1/sla

Fishingnet Grey shows a soft, woven chevron motif that reads like overlapping fishbone stems across a pale ground. The palette is cool and understated, with grey lines lifted by muted teal and taupe tones.

About this fabric

This Riviera fabric is 100% cotton and has a light 117gsm handle, making it especially suited to curtains, blinds and soft furnishings. The design repeats every 34cm both horizontally and vertically, and the pattern’s regular spacing gives the surface an easy, ordered rhythm. In this colourway, the grey ground feels airy rather than heavy, while the teal strokes add a fresh coastal note and the taupe outlines soften the contrast. It is iron safe and dry clean only, with no fire-retardant treatment noted.

How to use it

Use Fishingnet Grey where you want a clean, coastal pattern without strong colour. It works well with white-painted joinery, driftwood tones and other cool neutrals.

Pair with pale woods and linen textures to let the cool grey and teal motif stay crisp and airy.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
