About this fabric

Woven in 80% viscose and 20% cotton, this fabric has a substantial handle at 690gsm and a measured 30,000 Martindale, making it suitable for curtains, blinds and upholstery. The visible finish is a calm, mineral grey with subtle tonal variation and a lightly reflective surface that gives the cloth depth without looking shiny. In the image, the texture reads as softly brushed and slightly uneven, which helps the pale grey sit somewhere between crisp and cosy. The 35cm by 35cm pattern repeat supports its use on larger pieces where that quiet texture can be appreciated.

How to use it

Use this shade where you want a restrained, contemporary grey that still has softness and movement. It pairs neatly with blackened metal, pale oak and chalky neutrals, and feels especially effective on structured upholstery or relaxed drapes.

A cool grey with a softly lustrous surface that works beautifully on tailored upholstery or elegant curtains.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
