Stratos purple

This Stratos colourway combines 80% viscose and 20% cotton, with a substantial 690gsm handle that feels suitable for both curtains and upholstery. The 35cm horizontal and vertical repeat supports the large-scale abstract blocks visible in the cloth, where dark plum areas are broken by speckled, reflective lilac highlights. The overall tone is cool and saturated rather than bright, with a slightly brushed, worn-in texture that softens the geometry. With a 30,000 Martindale rating, it offers practical durability for seating as well as a dressed, full look in blinds or curtains. It is dry clean only and iron safe, with no fire-retardant treatment noted.

Use this purple as a focal point against pale stone, soft grey or charcoal finishes so the lighter flecks can stand out. It works especially well on a tailored armchair, or as full-length curtains where the deep plum tone will read richer in softer light.
