About this fabric

Woven from 100% polyester, this 138cm-wide chenille has a visibly textured construction with fine crosswise and lengthwise irregularities that catch the light gently. The colour reads as a rich, muted plum, with near-black accents in the weave adding definition and a more grounded feel. CEL4051 is rated for contract and domestic upholstery and is machine washable for practical everyday use. It meets Domestic Cig & Match flame retardancy and can be treated to Crib 5 contract grade.

How to use it

Pair the deep plum tone with smoked timber, aged brass and warm neutrals for a cocooning sitting room. Its subdued variation works especially well on structured sofas, dining seats or accent chairs where the chenille texture can be seen up close.
