About this fabric

This Bacio colourway is a 100% polyester faux linen, woven to a 138cm width for practical upholstery and soft furnishing use. The muted mauve shade sits between dusty rose and soft plum, with darker and lighter threads creating subtle tonal variation rather than a flat block of colour. The visible linen-style weave gives the surface a tactile, natural-looking character, despite its polyester composition. It is suitable for contract and domestic upholstery, is machine washable, and can be treated to Crib 5 contract grade; its stated domestic flame retardancy is Cig & Match.

How to use it

Use the dusty mauve tone to bring restrained colour to an upholstered chair, headboard or sofa, pairing it with warm neutrals, aged timber and deeper plum accents. Its plain, finely textured surface also works well as a calming curtain or blind fabric where a soft mauve cast is wanted.

The muted mauve tone and tactile faux-linen weave suit relaxed upholstery, cushions, blinds and curtains.
