About this fabric

This Avellino chenille is made from 100% polyester and measures 138cm wide, making it a practical choice for upholstery projects. The dark plum colour has a cool, smoky cast, while the small-scale woven texture creates gentle tonal variation across the surface. It is rated Contract for upholstery and is machine washable for easier ongoing care. The fabric has Domestic Cig & Match GreenFR® flame retardancy and can be treated to contract grade.

How to use it

Use this deep plum-brown on a sofa, headboard or occasional chair to bring a grounded, moody accent to a room. Pair it with warm timber, aged brass and soft neutrals to draw out the brown undertones, or use charcoal and black for a more dramatic scheme.
