Seaurchin grey

Riviera Fabricseaurch/fa1/sla

Seaurchin Grey brings a softly weathered, coastal feel to the Riviera design, with circular shell-like motifs arranged across a pale ground. The palette sits in cool grey, seafoam and misty blue tones, giving the pattern a light, airy finish.

About this fabric

Woven in 100% cotton, this fabric has a usable width of 136cm and a weight of 230gsm, making it a versatile mid-weight textile for curtains, blinds and soft furnishings. The design repeats in a bold 45.33cm horizontal and 26.5cm vertical pattern, so the shell forms read clearly across larger drops and cushions. In Seaurchin Grey, the circular motif feels softened and slightly stone-washed, with blue-grey spokes, pale sage accents and tiny dotted details that give the surface extra movement. Dry clean only and cool iron care help preserve the crisp printed finish.

How to use it

Use Seaurchin Grey where you want a cool, coastal motif without strong contrast: it works well in rooms with pale walls, brushed metal accents and light wood. Its muted depth makes it especially effective for relaxed curtains or statement cushions that need pattern without overpowering the scheme.

Pair this cool, watery grey with crisp whites or weathered oak for a calm coastal scheme.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Seaurchin grey without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
