About this fabric

This fabric is supplied in a 50% cotton, 50% polyester composition and has a usable width of 143cm, making it practical for curtains, blinds and upholstery. The surface in this colourway is a cool, diluted grey with a faint blue cast, lifted by a softly mottled woven pattern that catches the light across the raised texture. At 480gsm and with a 10,000 Martindale rating, it has the substance for light-to-medium upholstery as well as room-softening drapery. The 35cm horizontal and 43cm vertical pattern repeat should be considered when planning a larger scheme. Dry clean only and do not iron.

How to use it

Use Orta Grey where you want a restrained, architectural neutral that still feels tactile, especially on a compact sofa or tailored blind. Its pale, cool tone sits comfortably with chalk whites, weathered woods and deeper slate accents.
