About this fabric
The close horizontal weave is visibly textured, with uneven bands and softly blended blocks that let lighter mauve threads show through the darker aubergine base. This fabric has a 140 cm usable width and a standard length of 30 m. Its pattern repeats every 50 cm vertically and 49.5 cm horizontally, preserving the shifting, abstract rhythm across larger cuts. Weighing 310 gsm, it is a versatile mid-weight suitable for upholstery and drapery applications.
How to use it
Pair Alessia Aubergine with warm timber, smoked finishes and quiet neutral upholstery to balance its cool purple depth. In curtains or cushions, the mauve and plum variation will add colour without reading as a flat, solid shade.
