About this fabric
This 310gsm fabric is 140cm wide and has a 50cm vertical repeat with a 49.5cm horizontal repeat. In the swatch, uneven horizontal bands and feathery vertical traces create a distressed, almost brushed surface across the muted mauve base. The greyed marks soften the pink-violet tone, giving it a cool, powdery depth rather than a bright or saturated finish. It is supplied in a standard 30m length, making the repeat practical to plan across upholstered pieces.
How to use it
Use Alessia Heather on a tailored armchair, headboard or sofa where its dusty mauve tone can sit alongside warm ivory, mushroom and aged timber. Keep surrounding textures relatively quiet so the fabric’s layered taupe-grey striations remain visible.
