Aquarium Navy

Marina Fabric FabricCCF0757-03

Aquarium Navy brings a cool, saturated navy ground to the Marina Fabric collection, covered with finely drawn ivory shells, starfish and marine forms. The dense contrast gives the colourway a crisp, graphic presence while retaining the intricate character of the design.

About this fabric

This 224gsm fabric has a usable width of 137cm, giving the detailed Aquarium Navy pattern room to read across both upholstery and drapery applications. Its 32cm vertical repeat and 47.5cm horizontal repeat create a medium-scale, closely arranged composition of shells, sea-life motifs and ornamental flourishes. The ivory detailing stands sharply against the deep blue ground, with the fine textile grain softening the contrast slightly as light moves across the surface. Supplied in a standard 40m length, it is well suited to projects requiring coordinated pattern placement across multiple pieces.

How to use it

Use Aquarium Navy where the cool, inky blue can act as a strong anchor, then pick out the ivory motifs with pale cushions, trims or adjacent light fabrics. Its marine pattern is particularly effective on statement seating, roman blinds or full-length curtains where the repeat remains visible.

Use the cool navy ground and ivory marine motifs to bring crisp, decorative contrast to upholstery or curtains.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
