About this fabric

This Sanderson Arboretum Fabrics cloth is a substantial 300 gsm fabric with a usable width of 140 cm, making it a versatile choice for both drapery and upholstery projects. The pattern repeat is a full 74 cm vertically and 140 cm horizontally, so the branching stems and leaf clusters read as an expansive, scenic repeat rather than a small all-over motif. In this colourway, the background sits in a cool grey with a faint green cast, while the leaves pick up muted slate-blue, sage and soft straw tones. The blossom clusters are picked out in creamy off-white, giving the whole design a quietly weathered, garden-walk feel rather than a bright floral look.

How to use it

Use it in a room with oak, limestone or painted woodwork to let the cool grey-blue foliage stay soft and elegant. It works especially well on curtains, occasional upholstery or a feature armchair where the large-scale branching pattern can be fully appreciated.
