About this fabric

This Shimmer FR fabric from Porter & Stone is woven in 93% polyester and 7% lurex, giving the surface its muted metallic flicker and dry, textured hand. At 140cm wide, it offers a practical width for curtains, blinds or statement upholstery pieces, while the 35.5cm vertical repeat and 12cm horizontal repeat create a strong, regular rhythm across the design. In this colourway, the silver sits on the cooler side of grey, with paler facets that catch the light against deeper charcoal ground tones. The result is crisp and architectural, but softened by the brushed, slightly distressed finish visible in the pattern.

How to use it

Use Mystique FR Silver where you want pattern and sheen without warmth, such as contemporary curtains, a feature headboard or accent chairs. It pairs especially well with black accents, pale oak and other cool neutrals.
