Safar Pink Pepper/Multi

Curios Weaves FabricSAF0450-03

Safar Pink Pepper/Multi has a softly faded pink ground, broken by narrow vertical stripes and tiny multicoloured woven details. The overall effect is warm and gently textured, with just enough colour movement to keep the cloth lively.

About this fabric

From Sanderson’s Curios Weaves collection, this fabric has a usable width of 139 cm and a substantial 334 gsm weight, giving it the body of a fabric suited to upholstery. The weave reads as a finely worked stripe, with pale cream bands, small ikat-like motifs, and scattered accents in red, blue and yellow set against the pink ground. With a vertical repeat of 39 cm and a horizontal repeat of 34.5 cm, the design has a regular rhythm that feels neat rather than busy. The colourway is a muted, slightly chalky pink, so the brighter threads sit clearly on the surface without overpowering the base tone.

How to use it

Use this colourway on an armchair, ottoman or dining seat where the soft pink ground can lift a room without dominating it. It pairs especially well with pale timber, aged brass and off-white walls, while the tiny multi-coloured accents add easy movement to a calm scheme.

A soft pink ground with colourful woven accents that brings warmth without feeling fussy.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Safar Pink Pepper/Multi without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
