About this fabric

Manila Embroidery Eucalyptus from Sanderson’s Glasshouse Fabrics is a substantial fabric with a 510 gsm weight and a dense 71 threads per cm construction, giving it a poised, tailored feel. The 136 cm usable width and 22.8 cm vertical repeat support upholstered work and larger-scale drapery applications, while the 66.5 cm horizontal repeat creates a broad, balanced pattern flow. Visually, the colourway reads as a cool eucalyptus green, slightly blue-leaning, with the pale embroidered stripes lifting the surface and adding crisp contrast. The repeating fan shapes feel bold but controlled, making the cloth look patterned rather than busy. It has no performance features noted, so the appeal here is its decorative strength and textural clarity.
