About this fabric

This fabric from Titley & Marr’s South Downs Collection shows a vertical striped ground in coral, blush and cream, overlaid with repeating teardrop motifs that read like stylised leaves. The motif is edged in a brighter red-coral outline, which gives the design a crisp lift against the softer ground. A muted olive tone sits within each teardrop, while the inner leaf detail stays pale and fresh, adding a layered, hand-printed feel. No performance features are noted, so it is best chosen for decorative use where the colour and pattern can take centre stage.

How to use it

The warm peachy ground suits relaxed country-inspired rooms, especially with natural timber, rattan and off-white paintwork. It also works well at a window where the light can bring out the coral stripes and olive motif.

A lively coral-peach print that brightens relaxed rooms and softens neatly with pale woods or cream.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
