Floresta Fabric

Floresta Document is a bold painterly floral on a soft neutral ground, scattered with smoky navy, rust, saffron and pale sage touches. The layered petals and brushed edges give it a lively, artistic feel rather than a tight botanical finish.

About this fabric

Woven in 100% polyester and suitable for both curtaining and upholstery, Floresta Document offers versatility as well as visual impact. The fabric has a 140 cm width and a substantial 60,000+ Martindale rub test, making it well suited to everyday seating as well as statement drapes. In this colourway the design reads as a muted multicolour bloom, with ivory-grey ground showing through between inky stems, warm ochre highlights and cool blue-grey petal shapes. The large repeat, at H70 x V65.5 cm, supports the generous scale of the floral pattern and its layered, expressive look.

How to use it

Use it on an accent chair, blind or curtains where the warm rust and saffron notes can lift darker timber and neutral upholstery. It also works well with muted greens, chalky whites and deep plum accents to echo the floral depth.

Pair with plain linens or deep painted wood to let the painterly blooms do the talking.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
