About this fabric
Woven in 95% polyester and 5% cotton, this upholstery fabric is made for practical seating with a 60,000+ Martindale rub test and a 137 cm width. The small repeat of 2.8 cm by 2.8 cm keeps the houndstooth rhythm compact and orderly across cushions or chairs. In this colourway, the red reads as a softened vintage brick tone, tempered by the warmer beige contrast rather than pushed into a sharp primary red. The surface has a dry, textural look that suits classic or contemporary upholstery needing a little pattern without overpowering the room.
How to use it
Use it on an armchair, banquette or dining chair where the small-scale pattern can add interest without dominating. It pairs especially well with oat, taupe and walnut finishes to подчеркнуть the warm, timeworn red tone.
