About this fabric

The close, fine weave gives this colourway a largely plain appearance, while the gathered surface creates gentle tonal movement rather than a visible motif. Its charcoal-black ground reads softer than a flat jet black, with the folds catching a muted graphite sheen. The lightweight-looking cloth gathers easily into narrow ripples and broad, relaxed drapes. This dark, low-contrast finish gives the fabric a luxurious and quietly atmospheric character.
