Romeo Indigo

Romeo Fabric

Romeo Indigo is a tightly woven stripe with a crisp, tailored look and a deep indigo ground. The narrow horizontal bands read cool and textural, with lighter threads lifting the surface.

About this fabric

Woven in 100% polyester and suitable for upholstery, Romeo Indigo offers a practical 50,000 Martindale rub test and a 137 cm width. The pattern repeat is H35 x V1.5 cm, creating long, fine horizontal stripes that feel ordered rather than bold. In this colourway, the indigo is dark and slightly softened by pale grey-white yarns, giving the surface a salt-washed, almost heathered appearance. The weave has visible slub and speckle, which breaks up the stripe and adds depth when the light catches it.

How to use it

Use Romeo Indigo on a compact sofa, dining chair or bench to bring a smart navy note without a heavy block colour. It pairs especially well with pale oak, chalky whites and brushed metal finishes.

A crisp indigo stripe that brings a tailored, coastal feel to clean-lined upholstery.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
