About this fabric

This colourway has a muted, cool blue-grey tone, with the velvet nap catching light along the raised folds and turning noticeably darker in the recesses. At 994 gsm, it is a substantial velvet with a dense feel, supported by a stated 67 threads per cm. The usable width is 140 cm, while the 0 cm vertical and horizontal pattern repeats confirm a plain, non-directional surface. Its weight and rich light response make it particularly suited to upholstered seating, headboards and other pieces where the changing nap can be seen.
