Dream Jet

Chiaroscuro Fabric

Dream Jet presents a near-black ground crossed by softly defined charcoal trails that curl and drift across the surface. Its restrained contrast gives the abstract pattern a shadowed, atmospheric quality.

About this fabric

The design is formed from irregular, sinuous lines that move vertically and diagonally through the cloth rather than sitting as a regular repeat. Charcoal detailing emerges gently from the black ground, with the tonal variation becoming more visible where the light catches the textured surface. The close image suggests a substantial, tactile-looking weave suited to upholstery, although no composition, width, usage or rub-test specification has been supplied. The overall effect is deep, sophisticated and deliberately understated.

How to use it

Use Dream Jet on a statement chair, headboard or sofa where its charcoal-on-black movement can read as texture rather than a high-contrast pattern. Pair it with aged metal, smoked wood and soft grey accents to preserve its cool, atmospheric depth.

A near-black, low-contrast textile with fluid charcoal tracery for quietly dramatic upholstery.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Dream Jet without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
