About this fabric

This fabric is characterised by broken vertical bands rather than a regular geometric repeat, giving the design the look of expressive brushwork translated into cloth. Dark plum and wine tones add depth, while rust, ochre and lime bring warmth; cooler blue and pale mineral accents prevent the colourway from feeling flat. The visibly textured weave catches the light unevenly across the raised-looking colour passages, making the surface feel tactile and layered. Its substantial-looking woven appearance makes it particularly well suited to statement upholstery where the multicoloured pattern can be seen across a larger form.
