Nineveh Brick Fabric

Misc Fabric

Nineveh Brick brings a warm, earthy character through a dense arrangement of brick-red, olive and cream vertical stripes. Narrow blue accents and irregular pale flecks give the woven surface a lively, handcrafted rhythm.

About this fabric

The design is built from vertical bands, with broad brick-red stripes set against olive-brown and cream areas, then sharpened by slim blue lines. Small, irregular cream motifs interrupt the darker stripes, while the visible weave gives the surface a dry, tactile texture rather than a flat printed appearance. The warm brick tone reads as muted and grounded, with the blue providing a cooler contrast. No performance features are noted in the supplied specification for this fabric.

How to use it

Pair Nineveh Brick with aged timber, warm neutral upholstery and olive or indigo accents to draw out the colour variation in its striped weave. Its vertical pattern would also bring a tailored, structured feel to curtains or a statement chair.

Use the warm brick ground with olive, cream and blue stripes to add tailored colour and rhythm to upholstery or curtains.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Nineveh Brick Fabric without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
