Blakesley Caramel
Essential Weaves Vol 3 FabricEWV3BLAKESLEY
Blakesley Caramel shows a softly rippled, marbled texture in a warm beige tone with a gentle caramel cast. The surface catches the light with a subtle sheen, giving the design quiet movement across the cloth.

About this fabric
This Ashley Wilde fabric from Essential Weaves Vol 3 is composed of 68% Recycle Polyester, 26% Cotton and 6% Polyester, and is specified for drapes only. The 140cm width and 225gsm weight suit the flowing, full-bodied look visible in the swatch, while the 28cm vertical repeat and 24cm horizontal repeat create the recurring, organic wave effect. In this colourway, the base reads as a soft caramel beige rather than a strong brown, with a pale reflective thread that lifts the surface and keeps it feeling airy. The overall effect is textured and calming, with enough depth to add interest without introducing a bold pattern.
How to use it
Use Blakesley Caramel for relaxed-but-smart curtains where you want a warm neutral that softens daylight. Its mellow beige-gold tone pairs easily with oak, chalk white and muted taupe furnishings.
A warm, quietly reflective neutral that brings depth without overpowering a room.

Pairs well with
Blakesley Caramel is a quiet cloth, so it carries a pattern beside it: one of these on the curtains and this on the chair. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it
Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
