About this fabric

The charcoal motifs have softly feathered woven edges, while the ivory ground remains visible through the scrollwork and small floral details. The large design has a 73cm vertical repeat and 70cm horizontal repeat, allowing its central ornamental structure to read clearly across a wider piece. At 320gsm and 140cm usable width, this is a substantial mid-weight textile suited to both upholstery and drapery. The standard length is 40m, making it practical for coordinated room schemes requiring repeated pattern placement.

How to use it

Use the cool charcoal-and-ivory contrast on a statement armchair, headboard or roman blind, balancing it with plain ivory textiles and dark timber or black-painted furniture. For curtains, the oversized repeat can create a striking, graphic frame around a window.

Use the crisp charcoal-and-ivory contrast to anchor contemporary upholstery or full-length curtains.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
