Pavo Duckegg

Equinox 2 Fabric FabricCCF0680-01

Pavo Duckegg has a pale duck-egg blue ground with a delicate scatter of small, darker blue-green woven marks. Its closely textured surface gives the colour a softly mottled depth rather than a flat pastel appearance.

About this fabric

This substantial 506gsm textile is suited to upholstery, with a compact woven texture that makes the tiny horizontal geometric motifs easy to see across the surface. The colour sits between cool blue and muted green, while pale threads and deeper teal-grey accents create a softly variegated finish. The pattern repeat measures 6cm vertically and 1.5cm horizontally, keeping the design fine and understated on furniture. It is supplied at a 138cm usable width, with a standard length of 40m.

How to use it

Pair the cool duck-egg tone with chalky whites, light natural timber and soft grey upholstery for an airy scheme, or use it against warm oak to draw out the blue-green nuance. The small repeat works especially well on compact chairs, headboards and neat upholstered details.

Use this cool duck-egg blue upholstery to bring a light, quietly tailored finish to seating and occasional pieces.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
