About this fabric

At 540gsm, this is a substantial textile suited to upholstery, with a dense surface that gives the black ground impressive depth. The colour is a near-black ebony rather than a soft charcoal, while the contrasting ivory lines catch the light along each zigzag edge. Its 4.5cm vertical repeat and 3cm horizontal repeat create a compact, closely spaced geometric effect rather than an oversized motif. The 137cm usable width provides a practical scale for furniture applications, and the standard length is 25m.
