Pierre Autumn

Mode FabricCCF0449-01

Pierre Autumn has a densely textured, tweed-like surface in a warm taupe and greyed neutral mix. Fine olive, cream, charcoal and rust-coloured threads create a softly mottled autumnal finish rather than a defined motif.

About this fabric

The close weave combines a muted taupe ground with closely spaced vertical and horizontal slubs, giving the surface its tactile, irregular character. At 468gsm, it has the substantial visual and physical presence expected of an upholstery fabric. Its 137cm usable width offers a generous cutting width, while the zero-centimetre vertical and horizontal pattern repeats allow the woven texture to be positioned without matching a conventional design. The restrained olive, charcoal and rust flecks add depth while keeping the overall colourway softly neutral.

How to use it

Use Pierre Autumn on a tailored sofa, armchair or footstool where its warm taupe base can settle alongside timber, leather and muted olive accents. The tiny rust and charcoal notes also give neutral rooms a subtly layered autumnal quality without introducing a bold pattern.

A substantial, closely woven upholstery cloth whose warm taupe ground is enlivened by fine olive, cream, charcoal and rust flecks.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
