About this fabric

This 215gsm velvet has a dark, almost black ebony tone that gives the illustrated fruit and trailing greenery considerable depth. Orange citrus, red apples, yellow fruit and small pink and white flowers stand out clearly against the ground, while the repeated foliage adds fine green texture. The pattern measures 42.6cm vertically by 46cm horizontally, giving the design a balanced medium-scale rhythm across upholstery. With a 138cm usable width and 40m standard length, it is well suited to coordinating upholstered pieces where the repeat can be carefully aligned.

How to use it

Use the ebony colourway on a statement chair, headboard or compact sofa, pairing its saturated fruit colours with warm timber, brass or plain deep-green accents. Its dark ground also gives lighter cushions and surrounding neutral walls a crisp, graphic contrast.

The near-black ebony ground gives the colourful fruit and foliage a richly graphic, tailored presence on upholstered seating.
