About this fabric

This Carbery Beige colourway has a gentle beige ground shot through with subtly varied natural yarns, giving it a dry, linen-like look and a faint horizontal striation across the cloth. The overall effect is warm rather than yellow, with a muted, sun-washed depth that feels easy to live with. Supplied as a 140cm approx width fabric, the Casey composition combines 44% viscose, 28% linen, 24% cotton and 4% polyester for a handle that should drape neatly while still having body. With no repeat in either direction, the texture itself does the visual work, making this a useful choice where you want interest without a pronounced pattern.

How to use it

Use it on a tailored sofa, loose cover or upholstered armchair where the soft beige tone can warm oak, plaster and pale stone. It also works well as curtains in a room that needs a calm, textural neutral rather than a flat plain.
