About this fabric

This Dante Velvet colourway reads as a dark olive green, with brown undertones that keep it subdued rather than bright. The velvet pile catches the light softly, creating a gentle tonal shift across the surface without any visible repeat, in line with the plain design and V 0cm / H 0cm approx specification. Woven in 100% cotton and approximately 140cm wide, it has the substantial hand associated with upholstery velvet, while the √CM fire code is useful for domestic and contract settings. Care code Q 8 < T 3 is supplied for this exact fabric.

How to use it

Use Dante Green on a classic armchair, bench or ottoman where the depth of the olive tone can ground timber, brass and leather. It also works well as a rich counterpoint to pale linen, stone and warm neutrals.
