Persian Grove Teal/Aqua

Persian Grove Teal/Aqua layers airy teal and aqua motifs over a warm off-white ground, giving the design a light, decorative feel. The hand-drawn towers, trees and birds read crisp and fresh rather than heavy.

About this fabric

This printed fabric is made from 51% cotton and 49% linen, with an approximate width of 139cm and a large vertical repeat of 70cm. The colourway pairs pale teal, aqua and soft sage accents with touches of coral and gold, all sitting on a creamy ground that keeps the pattern feeling open. The fine, natural-looking surface suits the illustrated detail well, with enough body for structured soft furnishings while still feeling relaxed. Care code Q 8 + T 3 and fire code √BM are supplied for this exact cloth.

How to use it

Use this colourway where you want pattern without darkness: it works beautifully beside painted joinery in chalk white, sea glass green or pale blue. The cool teal notes give a room a crisp, collected feel when offset with simple upholstery and natural textures.

Use with pale woods and plain linens to let the airy teal and aqua print breathe.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
