Masai Curry

Kuba FabricL9470-06

Masai Curry brings a warm, burnished curry-gold tone to the Kuba design, with the woven pattern picking up soft tonal movement across the surface. The effect is textured and earthy, with a slight glow rather than a flat mustard finish.

About this fabric

This fabric is composed of 63% viscose and 37% cotton, giving the surface a soft handle and a subtle sheen that suits its richly woven look. The repeat is approximately V 53cm / H 35cm, and the pattern reads as a rhythmic, leaf-like chevron across the cloth. In this colourway, the curry gold feels deep and toasted, with darker amber shadows that emphasise the relief of the weave. At approximately 141cm wide, it is a practical upholstery cloth for pieces that benefit from visual texture and warmth. The overall impression is luxurious but grounded, especially where the light catches the raised motif.

How to use it

Use Masai Curry on an accent chair, ottoman, or cushions where its golden-brown warmth can add depth without overpowering the room. It pairs well with walnut wood, matte black accents, and muted greens or clay tones.

A rich curry tone that adds warmth and depth to tailored seating or statement cushions.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
