About this fabric

This Malabar colourway is made from 90% cotton and 10% polyester, with an approximate width of 132cm and a repeat of V 15cm / H 11cm. The fabric shows a pale aqua-green base with fine peppered dots and faint vertical banding, giving the surface a dry, nuanced texture. Its colour reads muted and cool, with a hint of yellow in the ground that keeps the aqua from feeling icy. The compact repeat and balanced cloth suggest a versatile decorative fabric suited to schemes that want colour without heaviness.

How to use it

Use Malabar Aqua on loose covers, blind fronts or occasional chairs where the soft green-blue note can sit against oak, chalky white and sand tones. It also works well with linen, cane and brushed metals for a calm coastal or country look.
