About this fabric
Morette Blue from the Olney collection by Colefax and Fowler is a fabric with a softly textured appearance and a calm, cool blue-grey tone. The composition combines 47% viscose, 21% linen, 17% cotton, 6% acrylic, 5% polyester and 4% polyamide, giving the cloth its lightly dappled surface and natural-looking depth. At approximately 140cm wide, with a vertical and horizontal repeat of 0cm, it presents as a non-patterned texture rather than a recurring motif. The muted colourway has a pale, chalky quality in the light, making it feel polished rather than bright. Care code Q 8 + T 3 and fire code √BH are supplied for this exact fabric.
How to use it
Use Morette Blue on a sofa, bench or smart headboard where its cool grey-blue tone will soften stronger woods and painted finishes. It also lends itself to relaxed curtains or Roman blinds when you want a gentle, tailored texture rather than a bold statement.
