About this fabric

This colourway uses a dark navy base that reads cool and refined, allowing the ivory foliage and pale blue blossoms to lift clearly from the ground. Small touches of muted orange add warmth without disturbing the overall calm, smart palette. The design is woven in a substantial cloth with a clearly defined repeat, measuring approximately V 76cm and H 65cm, and the 129cm width offers useful scale for furnishing larger pieces. Its composition of 40% viscose, 35% linen and 25% cotton gives the surface a natural, textural look that suits a formal decorative scheme.

How to use it

Use Acantha Navy on a tailored armchair, occasional sofa or upholstered headboard where the dark ground can frame the lighter pattern. It also works beautifully with painted wood in off-white or stone and with brass accents for a crisp, traditional room.

Pair with pale oak, chalk white or soft metallics to let the blue ground and cream motifs stand out.
