About this fabric

This Colefax and Fowler fabric has a classic vertical stripe repeat of approximately 10cm across a 144cm-wide cloth. The composition of 53% viscose, 35% linen, 6% cotton, 5% polyester and 1% acrylic gives the surface a slightly dry, refined handle with enough body for confident dressing or upholstery. In this colourway, the blue is muted and cool, softened by chalky ivory stripes so the overall effect feels airy rather than vivid. The weave has a lightly textured, slightly matt finish that suits traditional interiors and calm, layered schemes.

How to use it

Use it for tailored cushions, loose covers or elegant full-length curtains where the soft blue stripe can add structure without heaviness. It pairs neatly with white-painted woodwork, pale oak and other washed blues or greys.
