About this fabric
Bowler Birch from Larsen’s Paxton collection is a woven fabric with a small-scale herringbone repeat, measuring approximately 1cm vertically and 6cm horizontally. The cloth is composed of 43% linen, 21% wool, 18% cotton, 7% bamboo, 6% polyester and 5% polyamide, giving the surface a natural, slightly dry look with subtle texture. This birch colourway sits in a pale warm cream, with the herringbone catching the light just enough to reveal the weave without looking stark. At approximately 134cm wide and with care code Q 8 + T 3 and fire code √BM, it is a practical decorative fabric for upholstered pieces or softer interior schemes.
How to use it
Use Bowler Birch on a small sofa, occasional chair or banquette where its pale, woven texture can lift the room without overpowering it. It also works beautifully with oak, linen-white walls and deeper taupe accents for a calm, tailored scheme.
A soft herringbone in warm cream that keeps a room light while still feeling tailored.

Pairs well with
A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Bowler Birch without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it
Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
