About this fabric

Woven in 70% cotton and 30% linen, Reece Oyster has the relaxed handle and subtle surface variation you would expect from a natural-blend fabric. The cloth is plain with no repeat, so the focus stays on its pale oyster colouring and the barely-there texture visible across the surface. At approximately 142cm wide, it offers useful flexibility for both cushions and window treatments, and the Q 8 + T 3 care code suggests a practical everyday textile. The √BM fire code is also noted for this exact fabric.

How to use it

Use Reece Oyster where you want a light, understated base that still feels warmer than a stark white. It works especially well with timber, pale stone and layered neutrals, letting texture do the decorating.

A softly grounded neutral that layers easily with oak, stone and warm whites.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
