Senso Rosewood

Senso FabricL9438-14

Senso Rosewood is a smooth, colour-saturated plain with a warm terracotta-red cast and a subtle silk lustre. The surface reads refined and even, with just enough depth to keep the shade feeling soft rather than flat.

About this fabric

Woven in 74% Virgin Wool and 26% Silk, this fabric has a beautifully polished handle and a gentle natural sheen that catches the light across its rosewood surface. The colour sits between earthy terracotta and muted brick red, giving it a warm, grounded character rather than a bright or fiery one. With a repeat of V 0cm / H 0cm approx and a width of 142cm approx, it presents as a clean plain suitable for exacting interiors. The mix of wool and silk gives the cloth a smart, supple finish that feels tailored and quietly luxurious.

How to use it

Use Senso Rosewood to bring warmth to pared-back schemes, especially alongside walnut, tobacco leather, putty, or aged brass. It also works well as a rich counterpoint to pale stone and chalky neutrals, where the colour can glow without overpowering the room.

A rich, warm tone that works beautifully on tailored upholstery or softly structured curtains.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
