Morton Green is a muted khaki-olive woven fabric with a softly flecked, close-textured surface. Its understated colour shifts gently between green, taupe and warm grey across the swatch.

About this fabric

The close weave creates a fine all-over grain rather than a distinct printed motif, giving this colourway a quiet, tactile depth. Its composition is 64% viscose, 14% cotton, 12% polyester and 10% linen. At 137 cm wide, with a 4 cm vertical pattern repeat and 3.5 cm horizontal repeat, it is suitable for curtains, loose upholstery, fixed upholstery and bedspreads. A 35,000 Martindale rub test supports its use on upholstered furniture; after-care is professional dry cleaning only, with no washing, bleaching or ironing.

How to use it

Use Morton Green on a relaxed sofa or occasional chair where its muted olive-khaki tone can soften timber and natural materials. It also works as a calm curtain or bedspread fabric when layered with warm neutrals and earthy greens.

The muted khaki-olive tone and fine woven texture suit relaxed upholstery, curtains and coordinated bedspreads.
