Court Buttons Old Red has a warm, dusty coral-red ground covered with a dense field of small pale button-like motifs. Its closely spaced pattern gives the swatch a softly detailed, richly coloured appearance.

About this fabric

Woven in 100% cotton, this colourway combines an old-red and coral-toned ground with repeating cream and muted blue-grey circular motifs. The fine, closely packed design reads as a small-scale geometric texture rather than a bold graphic, with the pale details gently lifting the depth of the red. At 135 cm wide, it is specified for curtains, loose upholstery, fixed upholstery and bedspreads. The pattern repeat measures 18 cm vertically by 13.5 cm horizontally; after care is professional dry cleaning only, with no washing, bleaching or ironing.

How to use it

Use the warm dusty red on an upholstered chair, headboard or bedspread where its small pale motif can add detail without dominating. It can also bring a softly patterned red accent to curtains, particularly alongside warm neutrals, aged timber and cream upholstery.
