About this fabric

The pattern is built from alternating vertical indigo bars and horizontal ochre bands, creating a regular interlocking grid with a distinctly architectural rhythm. The indigo reads as a dark blue with cool depth, while the ochre adds a restrained warm accent against the light grey background. At 182 gsm, this is a versatile mid-weight fabric suited to both upholstery and drapery. It has a 140 cm usable width, with a 33.5 cm vertical repeat and 35.5 cm horizontal repeat; the specification also records 124 threads per cm.

How to use it

Use the indigo as the anchor shade on a bench, occasional chair or tailored blind, then pick up the ochre in piping or cushions. The pale grey ground keeps the strong grid balanced in contemporary rooms.

The cool indigo and muted ochre grid brings graphic structure to upholstery, cushions, curtains and blinds.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
