About this fabric

Woven in 100% cotton, this fabric has a usable width of 137cm and a 35cm horizontal pattern repeat, making the stripe easy to plan across larger pieces. The fabric is rated Heavy Domestic with a Martindale of 30,000, so it is suitable for upholstery as well as drapery and accessories, and it can be treated for FR upholstery and FR drapery. In this colourway, the pale ground is warmed by a subtle natural tone while the narrow kingfisher lines add a crisp, coastal note without feeling bright or flashy. The stitched, slightly irregular stripe detail gives the cloth a relaxed precision rather than a flat printed look.

How to use it

Use it on a slim armchair, bench seat or Roman blind where the narrow stripe can read clearly. Its cool blue-on-neutral palette works especially well with painted whites, driftwood timbers and pale grey finishes.

A crisp blue-on-neutral stripe that suits tailored upholstery or relaxed curtains.
