Portland Vermont Riviera Wavy is a crisp striped cotton with a clean ivory ground and cool navy-blue lines. The herringbone-like weave gives the cloth a subtle texture that keeps the pattern feeling fresh rather than flat.

About this fabric

Woven in 100% cotton, this fabric has a usable width of 137cm and a horizontal pattern repeat of 35cm, making the stripe rhythm easy to plan for curtains, cushions or upholstered pieces. The colourway pairs a bright, chalky off-white base with slender navy and indigo bands, so the overall look reads cool, restrained and neatly tailored. A gentle herringbone texture sits beneath the stripes, adding depth when the light moves across the surface. With a Heavy Domestic upholstery grade and a Martindale result of 30000, it is suitable for seating as well as drapery and accessories, and it can be FR treated for both curtains and upholstery.

How to use it

Use this colourway where you want a room to feel airy but ordered: it works well on loose curtains, bench cushions or a neat armchair. The cool navy stripe is especially effective with pale wood, painted joinery and other quiet blue accents.
