About this fabric

Woven in 100% cotton, this Portland colourway has a usable width of 137cm and a 35cm horizontal pattern repeat, making the stripe read with regular, disciplined rhythm across the cloth. The image shows a light ivory-ground fabric with slim slate-grey pinstripes, each stripe edged by a softer tonal detail that adds a little depth without loosening the overall order. With a Heavy Domestic upholstery grade and a Martindale rating of 30,000, it is well suited to hardworking interiors, while the treatable FR finish supports use for both drapery and upholstery. Colour fastness 5 and pilling 4 further underline its practical character, while the cool grey palette keeps the design smart and fresh rather than warm or rustic.
