About this fabric

This colourway shows a restrained oxford blue with a greyed, slightly smoky cast, so it feels more tailored than bright. The close plain weave gives the surface a subtle pebbled texture that catches the light in tiny specks rather than any obvious sheen. Made from 52% Polyester and 48% Cotton, it is specified for Heavy Domestic use and offers a strong 40,000 Martindale rating. It is supplied back coated to Cigarette & Match to BS5852, and after care is Professional Dry Clean in situ.

How to use it

Use this shade on sofas, banquettes or ottomans where a calm, tailored blue is wanted without looking nautical. It pairs especially well with pale oak, chalky neutrals and brushed metal finishes.
