Chrysanthemum Bullrush

Archive II Wallpapers WallpaperMOW0037-03

Chrysanthemum Bullrush layers large, pale chrysanthemum heads and curling foliage over a deep olive-brown ground. The muted cream petals catch the eye against the darker background, giving this colourway a shaded, archival character.

About this fabric

The dense floral repeat combines cream and parchment-toned chrysanthemums with mossy olive leaves, fine dark outlines and a deep brown-olive ground. Supplied at a 52 cm usable width and 10.05 m standard length, this wallpaper has a 194 gsm listed weight. Its vertical pattern repeat is 52.1 cm, with the supplied horizontal repeat recorded as 0 cm. The restrained, low-saturation palette gives the abundant botanical design a more grounded and quietly dramatic appearance than a brighter floral colourway.

How to use it

Use it across a study, snug or dining room where the olive-brown ground can create depth around dark wood, aged brass and warm neutral upholstery. Pick up the soft cream flowers in curtains, painted trim or lampshades to keep the dense pattern balanced.

A richly detailed olive-brown floral paper, balanced by softly aged cream chrysanthemum blooms.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
