About this fabric

This Morris & Co. outdoor fabric has a detailed botanical design of curling stems, leaves and small floral forms, arranged in a closely filled repeat. The mineral blue-grey motifs sit against a light neutral ground, with the contrast softened rather than stark. At 585gsm, it has a substantial visual and physical presence suited to upholstery, while its 53.3 threads per cm contribute to the closely woven appearance. The fabric has a 140cm usable width, with a 58cm vertical repeat and 70cm horizontal repeat.

How to use it

Use the cool mineral blue colourway on outdoor lounge seating, dining cushions or a statement upholstered chair, pairing it with pale stone, chalky blue and weathered timber. The intricate foliage brings pattern without the sharper contrast of a brighter blue.
